The Resource Center

The Resource Center offers 1-1 coordination and peer support services to ensure people are connected with the resources they need for successful mental health recovery. Located at 2411 Nicollet Avenue near downtown Minneapolis, the Resource Center is a one-stop hub for support services, including:

• Housing

• Counseling Services

• Diagnostic Assessments

• Transportation

• Community Resources

• Health and Wellness

• Chemical Health

• Crisis Assistance

• Group Recreational Activities

The Center welcomes Hennepin County adults (18 and over) who have been diagnosed with serious mental illness, or who are interested in finding mental health services if undiagnosed.

The NOOC

Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays

The Northeast Outreach & Opportunity Center (NOOC) is our drop-in center located in NE Minneapolis where adults experiencing or at risk of homelessness can come for comfort and to gain access to a variety of services. We take both walk-in and scheduled appointments to help connect people to mental health support, healthcare, employment resources, and housing stabilization services. Our goal is to assist our clients in taking the next steps necessary to help end the cycle of homelessness. 

Our most frequently used services:
  • Referrals to Coordinated Entry 
  • Applying for phones 
  • Applying for housing 
  • Scheduling shelter stays 
  • Jobs training referrals  
  • Primary care referrals 
  • Immediate needs – tokens, snacks, water
