Typically, an applicant that is accepted must complete the training program. Along with mental health services, clients are provided with vocational training and basic life skills training. Once the client completes the training phase, they graduate to one of the standard programs which include case management, employment, and rehabilitative mental health services.

All applicants must complete one of the following training programs:

• JOB$ Training Program (JTP) – applicants who are accepted into JTP may stay in their current residential situation.
• Interlachen – this innovative training program designed especially for those with mental illness and a criminal history. Clients who complete this training program move into the LODGE program and live independently with other clients.
• LODGE Training Program (LTP) – applicants who are accepted into LTP move into the training facility. Clients who graduate then move into one of our Lodges and live independently with other clients.
• Oakwood – this innovative program is specially designed for mothers and their children. Mothers must complete vocational training and attend parenting meetings.

JOB$ - Graduates of JTP go into our JOB$ program where clients live in their own residence but are provided with supported employment and opportunities for career advancement.

LODGE - Graduates of LTP and Interlachen move into one of our Lodges. They are also provided with employment and opportunities for career advancement.

Oakwood - Oakwood graduates continue to have access to Tasks’ staff who will advocate on their behalf to be reunited with their children.
